Records Office

Office personnel maintain all school records for students. Students needing transcripts or signatures on various forms must request these services 48 hours in advance. The Records Office is located in the Administration Building. There is a charge for transcripts. See our Transcripts Webpage.  Any class not taken at PUSD, must be approved from our records office before the class is taken; non-pusd approval form.

Students:   Before school, break, lunch or after school until 4:00 (not during class time) 
Graduates & Parents:   Mon. -  Fri. 8:00 - 4:00

High School

Please contact the records office of the specific high school your student attends or is attended regarding the ordering of transcripts. There is a minimal fee for transcripts as well as a processing time of no less than 4 business/school days. Students who have graduated and are over the age of 18 may request educational records, including  transcripts.  Records and transcripts of graduates over 18 years of age may not be requested  by parents or other representatives.   The Family Education Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA) will be observed.
 
You may be required to submit a form/letter that includes the following information:
 
  • Student's full name as used in school
  • Dates of attendance
  • Graduation date
  • Student's birth date
  • Destination of transcript (including full mailing address)
  • Official or unofficial copy
  • A date when the transcript is needed

The Student Voter Registration of Act of 2003 was implemented to ensure every school in California does all in its power to provide a meaningful opportunity to eligible high school students to register to vote. With the passage of this law, 16 and 17 year olds can now pre-register to vote and their registration will automatically become  active once they turn 18.  Simply click on the Vote California button to register to vote.
