Course Request Process
Course requests will take place through English classes for students presently attending RBHS.
Students will be seeking advice from their teachers around the times below. Your comments and recommendations to them are very helpful. Special Ed. students will build their requests with their case manager, they will still receive forms in classes. (Pertinent links to students and parents at bottom)

Deliver CRF to English Classes (Counselor presentation to students)
- Term 1 = Nov. 30 & Dec. 1 (Th/Fri) →Teachers sign up here
- Term 2 = Feb. 8 & 9 (Th/Fri) →Teachers sign up here
Bronco Center Visits (English Class comes to Bronco Ctr, counselor to review students choices)
- Term 1 = Dec. 7 -to- Jan.12 →Teachers sign up here
- Term 2 = Feb 26 (March 4-8 is middle schools) -to- Mar. 20 →Teachers sign up here
CRF input into Synergy (Term 2 English teachers will require students to enter their courses into Synergy) (Counselors send email to Term 1 Students)

- Feb 12-15 (English teacher discretion for students to enter course #s)
- **CRF will be collected by counselor during Bronco Ctr visit
- **Student needs to take a picture of their CRF for this day before leaving it with counselor
- Counseling cannot work on classes in the master schedule until students give us this information.
